1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Calquion's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Calquion provides professional data analysis and Excel training courses in Australia. Our services include:

  • Excel Fundamentals training
  • Data Analysis Essentials courses
  • Statistical Analysis training
  • Data Visualization courses
  • Advanced Excel Techniques training

3. Registration and Account

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to provide personal information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment for courses must be made in full before the commencement of training. We accept various payment methods as specified during the enrollment process.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if cancellation is made 7 days before course start date
  • 50% refund if cancellation is made 3-6 days before course start date
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before course start date
  • Refunds for course cancellation by Calquion will be processed in full

5. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

  • Attending all scheduled training sessions
  • Completing assigned exercises and projects
  • Maintaining appropriate behavior during training
  • Respecting other students and instructors
  • Following all facility rules and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, exercises, and software, are the intellectual property of Calquion and are protected by copyright laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Calquion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Course Modifications

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedule, or delivery methods at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

9.1 Student Cancellation

Students may cancel or reschedule training sessions subject to our refund policy and availability.

9.2 Calquion Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative arrangements.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
